- Rescheduling. Free with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancelling. Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are not refunded, but we will offer one reschedule.
- If we cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.
- Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
Projects and quotes
- "From" prices are starting points. You get a fixed written quote before work begins, valid for 30 days.
- Projects over $500 require a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due at delivery. Invoices are due within 15 days.
- Rush work needed within 48 hours adds 25%, when the schedule allows. After-hours emergencies and urgent outages are billed at 1.5× the hourly rate. Scheduled evening Advice Sessions are standard price.
- Domains, software licenses and other third-party costs are billed at cost and stay in your name.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Your content and accounts
Your domain, website content and accounts belong to you. When a project ends, we hand over everything you need to keep running it.
About our advice
Our sessions and recommendations are general technology guidance based on experience. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. You decide what to put in place, and results depend on your systems and how changes are carried out.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Contact and disputes
If something isn't right, email [email protected] first. We will work with you to fix it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book or pay applies to that purchase.
