Next Wave Capital Ventures LLC ("we", "us") runs nextwavecapitalventures.com and provides technology services to small businesses and professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, the service you're asking about, and your message.
- When you book a session: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, any notes you add, and your payment receipt number for paid sessions.
- When you pay: payments are processed by Stripe. We see your name, email, amount and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you work with us: files and information you choose to share for a project.
- Automatically: our hosting and security provider records basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and block abuse. Our site analytics do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, schedule sessions and deliver the work you hired us for.
- To send receipts and invoices and keep the business and tax records the law requires.
- To protect the site, our clients and ourselves from fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the business, and only for the purposes above:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Passwords and client files
We will never ask you to send a password by email. When a project needs your files, we use a private, encrypted upload link, and we delete project files when the job ends unless you ask us to keep them.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and booking details: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Payment and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 7 years).
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are kept until that period ends.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
